This channel is run by a person who calls himself Doc Lowe (Not his real name) and dedicated to exposing information relating to foreigners living in the Philippines and conducting various businesses including bogus charitable ventures.

It does provide some very interesting facts about Expat Scammers in the Philippines.

It does (like a lot of channels) however block a great many viewers who place comments that are very relevant but do not agree with those of his own and most those that comment appear to be just from a select few that reply to each other.
