Dear Sir Madam,
I am sending  this  video link  for you to  see  and  answer  a  few questions  regarding it.
This  video was posted on  September  23    just a  few days  ago  on a YouTube  channel  owned  but I  beleive  is   NOT registered with BIR or DTI,  to  Brian Granville Smith, American citizen,   of  Tanglihague, Talibon Bohol. That YouTube  channel is  named  A Foreigner Farming In the Philippines.

This  is  one  of  many such cash deals  these two people  have  posted  on YouTube  advising  world  wide  viewers  this  is  the  ”’normal”’ way you  can  conduct business  in  the Philippines  which I  doubt  very  much to be  the  case  when  operating  a  registered  sole  trader  business?

It is  a  cash deal,  done at  night as  you  can see  in a  public  car park in Talibon  outside the  Talibon Jollibee  take away restaurant.

No  paperwork or  receipts  were  exchanged  at any time  as  you will  also see.

Here is  the  link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UdB_89pqbU&t=148s

Can you  please  inform me  how  this  transaction  is  in any way compliant  with  BIR regulations?

Can you  tell me  why the  person accepting this  cash  money,    the  registered  owner  of  MarJhen Aquaponics, Maricel Smith,  can  conduct  such business  affairs  without any  kind  of  conforming to  your  regulations  regarding a  commercial sale  of  Fishery  Products?

Salamaat  and  thank you  to  you  giving me a  prompt reply to  my questions

Kind Regards,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
