Boss Hogg recently posted a video where he said he had to go to the park to have a cigarette.
So in spite of what he announced in the same video, that he obeys all laws in the Philippines, it was obviously not true in what he said,
According to my information, Smoking is not permitted in Public Parks anywhere in the Philippines.
